Incident Management
DPS automatically catalogues every incident caught on camera in our comprehensive Incident Management System. Based on agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the DPS Control Centre Operator will then follow pre-determined escalation guidelines. Any incidents in need of investigation will immediately convert to cases in the Case Management System where relevant CCTV footage is tagged and linked.
Each case will follow the pre-defined automated alerts and workflows provided to management and relevant stakeholders. The process is fully auditable, and customisable, to suit your specific needs.
